Pack light—we’ve thought of everything. Enjoy this true oceanfront home designed for easy, stress-free family vacations. Fully stocked with linens, beach gear, and baby/kid essentials, plus a well-equipped kitchen for everything from quick meals to holidays.
We have a private hot tub on the deck, walk down (1-2 mins) to the outdoor heated community pool (open daily from 10am to dusk April 1st-October 31st, depth 3-5 feet) a few doors down, and direct access to the beach. Spend your day by the pool or on the beach and shower it off in our hot water outdoor shower space.
Need to stay connected? No worries, the property has 1Gbps high speed wifi! The highest speeds available on the island.
This property is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex in the Villas by the Sea community. Once you park in the private parking area (max 4 vehicles), load your luggage into the elevator for easy unloading on the first floor. Here you will find a fully stocked kitchen, and large dining area to share your family meals. A living room area with smart TV and paid access to Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, and ESPN as well as board games and books available for those rare rainy days at the beach. The first level also has a king sized master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom- perfect for those who may have mobility limitations.
Walk up the stairs to find an additional king sized master bedroom with direct balcony access. The second bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed- also with direct balcony access and gorgeous ocean views. All bedrooms equipped with smart TVs. This floor is finished with a bunk room perfect for the kids! Enjoy two sturdy twin over twin bunkbeds- perfect for kids of all ages.
Want a more private experience? The entire 3rd floor is a master suite with a king sized bed and your very own private deck.
