Great location near the beach (4-5 min to walk) in Esentepe, only 500m from Korineum 18 hole golf course and only 25-30 minutes drive from the historic port city of Kyrenia and Ercan airport. Bus to Kyrenia 6 times a day, stops right outside on the main road.
Extensive facilities - tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf, bar / restaurant, mini market, fully equipped fitness room and 7 swimming pools in the area.
Car hire
Very easy to rent a car, costs about 200-300 per day, depending on season and size.

Summary: Turtle bay village is a complex of houses in a halfway from Kyrenia to the village of Esentope. There is a good bar In 5 minutes walk and quite a mediocre restaurant in the opposite way. To the nearest supermarket, it is about 5-7 minutes by car, for fruit and vegetables we went to the farm shop on the way to Kyrenia. The beach is a 10-minute walk, stony, but cozy, there is a shower. In the heat of 35 degrees on foot is quite tedious, especially with small children, so we preferred the beaches far away, but sandy and with parking, Alagadi, for example. Apartments are located on the second floor of the cottage. Lifting to the floor can be a problem for people with disabilities, keep this in mind. There are two terraces: the roof terrace and the one on the level of apartments. We had a few nice dinners on the lower terrace, there is also a table and chairs for four. The apartment is nice and tastefully furnished, there is everything you need, including even a sponge for washing dishes, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, mops, rags, clothes dryer, large dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed and one more with two single beds. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed. Wi-fi internet connection is available. The new TV set, in which the Chromcast is already plugged in. For cooking, there is also everything you need, a gas stove, frying pan, ladles, pots, colander, etc., for two weeks have never experienced a lack of something, bought only tablets for dishwashing and washing gel for clothes. There is a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, mini-grill in the kitchen appliances. Towels, bed linen, pillows, blankets, everything is also enough for a comfortable stay. Cons: the quality of cleaning is limping, seemingly clean, but the floors are washed only in prominent places, dirty corners do not notice, the same with dust - this disadvantage we have corrected on our own, everything necessary for this can be found directly. Water supply in the whole northern part of Cyprus suffers, we were ready for it, but it was not very pleasant to be left on the last day before departure without any water for the whole day. As a resume, I can say that we were satisfied with our vacation and place of residence, I boldly recommend this place, but with a glance at the realities of the northern part of the island.
