This lovely villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, balcony and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a nice bathroom and has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. An amazing view of the sea opens from the villa. You will enjoy unforgettable sunsets every night in the romantic surroundings of the Island of Aphrodite.
The large, open-plan living-room is equipped with a log fire-place, CD music centre, satellite TV (limited channels) and tasteful furniture. Patio doors open on out on to the terrace that has steps leading down to the pool area.
The light and airy dining-room and kitchen are fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker, an electric cooking pot and equipment for preparing most dishes. There is a large dining table and seating for 8 adults.
The villa has a large private swimming-pool, patio and barbeque. All three bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating.
The private swimming pool, with walk-in steps is directly in front the sea. The pool can be heated so can be enjoyed all year round. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace.

Weddings:
We accept weddings at our villas all year except for July/August. Villa has to be rented for minimum 7 days. If the ceremony is being hold on our premises an extra charge of EUR 1500 will be charged.
Extras payable locally:
Air conditioning is available at the cost of €6.00 per unit per day in bedrooms and €8.00 per day in living room.
Heating is available at the cost of €6.00 per unit per day
Swimming pool can be heated at the cost of €59.00 per day
Please note: During the winter we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.
