A stereo sound system is available providing music throughout the ground floor and outside areas. A Guest WC is also located on this floor.
The fully equipped L-shaped kitchen has a marble island, cupboards made of Cyprus Walnut, breakfast stools, 2 ovens, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a breakfast dining table seating 10 persons.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living room featuring more comfortable sofas.
Wireless internet access is available on the ground floor and outside area.
The kitchen and both living areas on the ground floor have direct access to the furnished terrace, private swimming pool and garden areas.
The villa’s first bedroom is located on the ground floor and accessed via the impressive floor to ceiling glass hallway from the main living room. The bedroom is ideal for a family, it features a double bed, 2 single beds (one pulls out from underneath), a further single bed which is located on a mezzanine level and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A flat screen TV with satellite channels is also located in the bedroom. Double French doors allow access to the outside area.
From the kitchen area stairs take you up to the first floor to a further 3 bedrooms; master double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with ‘his and her’ basins, bath and walk-in shower, flat screen TV with satellite channels. The master bedroom has a Romeo and Juliet style balcony offering outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and access also to the shared furnished balcony overlooking the private swimming pool. The remaining bedrooms on this floor consist of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom also has access to the furnished balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the outstanding views. Both bedrooms share the family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower located on this floor.
On the first floor is also a kitchenette with 2 ring hob, sink and a fridge.
The bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have stunning beamed ceilings made from Cyprus teak wood.
The remaining bedrooms for this property are located on the lower ground floor accessed from the same staircase that takes you to the first floor; three double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a flat screen TV with local channels and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms share a shower room. Direct access to the garden area is available to two of the bedrooms.

A utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and a facility for making tea or coffee is also located on the lower ground floor.
