Sometimes you just need your own beach holiday house. This villa is fully equipped peaceful enjoyment. Four spacious bedrooms (two en-suite) with a shared family bath upstairs and a guest toilet at ground level. Wi-fi and satellite TV provided.
Relax in the private swimming pool (April-October), Bbq or walk directly onto the beach. Help yourself to the fruit trees on the property.
A short walk takes you to Meneou Beach or Faros Beach to enjoy sunbeds, watersports and cool breezes. Only a ten minute drive to Larnaca airport, ten minutes to Kiti conveniences and minutes to Larnaca nightlife

The easiest way around the area is by rental car. Remember to drive on the left. Parking on the property is easy. The community is gated and there is parking inside our carport.

Nirvana Seaside Gardens is a new complex of well-maintained villas. The neighborhood is a mix of year-round dwellers and vacation homes. It is quiet and out of the way of noisy traffic and nightclubs. Wide pebble beach with a shallow sand bar. Faros and Meneou organized beaches are nearby.
The complex is gated and parking is permitted for guests inside the compound. Bus service is very limited but bus route 429 stop #5 Perivolia Tourist Area is just outside the gate.
The swimming pool is closed for the season in October and will reopen in April.
