My place is close to the beach (only 50 meters away). This self-catering, hipster two-bedroom apartment was renovated in May 2018. It is bright, cutting-edge, industrial style combined with romantic touches - a bold decor combination indeed, spacious and comfortable with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, bars, clubs, restaurants and taverns around the complex. You’ll love my place because of its superb location, the views, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for families with 2 or 3 children, even couples who value more space. Great value for money!
It is unique, trendy and chic, decorated with love and care, located right in the heart of Yermasoyia area - a sought after destination for both tourists and locals. It is also right across the beach. One needn't take a bus, taxi, or drive in order to have a swim or walk the lovely sea side promenade. It surely constitutes affordable luxury by the beach!
