An excellent swimming pool is available to our guests as well as use of the other facilities which include coffee shop, tennis courts and an amazing views from the patio at the Kamares Club House.
The space
This charming and rustic villa with great views is nestled amongst mature trees in a quiet cul-de-sac of Kamares.
You will be able to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of this property with its many stone and wood features; the effect of which is very calming.
The essence of the villa is to offer privacy in an enjoyable and relaxing environment, whether you are inside in the winter sitting comfily by the open fireplace or soaking up the sunshine in the excellent garden areas.
The accommodation features newly renovated bathrooms and a large living room that adjoins on to a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to help you feel like you are in a home away from home.
The living area also features a powerful air conditioner and will keep you very cool, whilst you comfortably enjoy the free WIFI and Internet TV; including Netflix, UK TV and Sky Sports, unlimited movies and many international channel options.
There is a large dining area furnished with its own antique table and chairs that add to the ambience and traditional style of the accommodation.
The property features a mini library, where you will find a varied collection of books, magazines and some board games.

There are Blue Flag Beaches within 15-20 mins drive from the villa, including Coral Bay beach with its golden sands and clear blue waters.
There are an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars all over the Paphos area; where you can enjoy our local dishes or any international cuisine you desire.
The garden areas of the villa are awesome and offer plenty of shaded areas where you can relax and enjoy your cools drinks and the views, the gardens are furnished with food quality outdoor furniture.
Cypriot style BBQ: for the more daring of you there is a traditional BBQ set at the property, which you could use to make your on Souvla, Souvlaki, or maybe some steaks, the choice is yours!
