Non complex detached villa (Sleeps 6) with own private pool, located in a quiet sought after location in Kato Paphos but within an easy 15 minute walk to bars, restaurants, beaches and a 20 minute walk to the Harbour or Old Town. It is a short walk to the supermarket and a 24 hour convenience store and fast food takeaway are just around the corner (3 minutes walk).
Downstairs the property has a fully furnished lounge with 2 & 3 seat leather settee’s, a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player (English TV & Wi-Fi are included). Archway through to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/dining room with table and seating for 6. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two large en-suite twin bedrooms ( one with a small safe free for guests to use) both with bedside unit, dresser with mirror and fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own large private balcony. The property is fully air-conditioned as well as having ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms and fly screens throughout.
Outside the property is fully enclosed. The front garden has a terrace with a small table and two chairs and a gated driveway. The rear garden is south facing and has lighting for evening use. It incorporates a good size private pool and outside shower. Adjacent the pool there is a large fully tiled terraced area with 4 sun beds, brick built BBQ, outside sink, draining board and dining area complete with dining table and chairs. To the side of the property and adjoining the rear garden is a large pergola with fully tiled roof, providing a shaded dining and sitting area complete with further dining table and chairs. There is a light in the pergola for evening use. The villa is a comfortably furnished and well equipped home from home.
All bed linen, towels (hand, bath & beach) are included. Also available in the property are a safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, books, games and DVDs. The property is fully cleaned prior to your arrival.
