Positive: Elysia Park overall is a lovely complex, we had an enjoyable stay with a few minor issues. Pros: it is a genuinely beautiful complex: well designed, exceptionally clean and our room was well decorated, again very clean in addition to having all the basics we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable which is always a bonus. The complex has multiple amenities such as an excellent pharmacy, a well stocked grocery store, 2 gyms and our check in experience was unproblematic. The site also has several lovely friendly cats roaming around, which we really enjoyed!

Negative: The Cons: the noise levels unfortunately were a difficulty. We visited off season so expected it to be reasonably quiet, however one set of neighbours enjoyed taking and laughing loudly on their balcony until the early hours, and another neighbour was clearly doing some construction because constant drilling and hammering started at around 8am and continued all through the day and into the evening. The staff were generally very nice (the cleaners were lovely) although one thing my partner observed was the male reception staff member speaking to his female colleague aggressively and rudely. This was inappropriate and uncalled for, and not something we expect to see in a professional environment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again, however it would be good if they extended their ‘quiet hours’ and enforce them.
