This well-appointed villa is in an ideal location with stunning views of mountains to one side and the sea to the other. The villa entrance is surrounded by a garden full of citrus fruit trees and colourful Mediterranean flowers.
Devi Villa is located in lower Bellapais 40 minutes drive from Ercan Airport. Devi Villa is approximately 5 minutes drive away from the City Centre and less than 5 minutes drive to nearby Altinkaya Hotel, Lemar and Starling and popular restaurants (turkish, american, italian, chinese etc.) Sandy beaches and casinos are also a short drive away.
The pool size is 10m X 5m pool for those wishing to relax by the pool. There are 4x sun lounges and several umbrellas. A new addition are the multi coloured led pool lights for evening and night time swims or just relaxation by the pool.
