Positive: Excellent location to stay for one night

Negative: The beds and pillows were not comfortable, the AC has been broken for years, and the heater in one of the rooms was also not functioning. Additionally, the kitchen and living room areas are in need of an upgrade. It would also be nice to have outdoor tables, similar to the ones provided for the rooms on the upper floor so we can seat outside.
