Located down a private drive large enough for 3 cars, the villa has a private, fully walled and gated property. Enter the villa to find a modernly equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for easy morning eating. For a family meal, enjoy eating in the air-conditioned dining area or just outside through the sliding door, both complete with tables for 6. Adjacent find the living room with plenty of room to lounge, and a large 55 inch television.
Upstairs, find the sleeping areas. The large primary bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony looking towards the sea. The second bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed with a private balcony also looking towards the sea, while the 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a private balcony looking south-west towards the sunset.
