Enter the villa to find a modernly equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for easy morning eating. For a family meal, enjoy eating in the air-conditioned dining area or just outside through the sliding door, both complete with tables for 6. Adjacent find the living room with plenty of room to lounge, and a large 55 inch television.
Upstairs, find the sleeping areas. The large primary bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony looking towards the sea. The second bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed with a private balcony also looking towards the sea, while the 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a private balcony looking south-west towards the sunset. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and aluminium shutters that keep out heat and light. On the bedroom landing is also a shared family bathroom with a large shower.
Outside is the large, private pool with an outdoor shower, facing an undeveloped plot for more privacy. Just 500 m east is the picturesque Ayia Triada beach, which has a large sandy beach and shallow waters, perfect for children, as well as a traditional fish harbour and church.
