This modern bungalow is situated on a family site, being one of two houses owned by the same family, set in the picturesque village of Alsancak, which has stunning panoramic views over the mountains.
Due to time over the past year a small development has sprung up, located to the side of our bungalow, however this has not detracted from our majestic views from the mountains.
It is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The spacious well proportioned interior gives an airy feel which is open plan, it offers a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite surfaces.
Good sized dining area including a large comfortable lounge with leather sofa and chairs along with a fireplace and inset log burning stove.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioners/heating.
The house has a complimentary wifi giving access to the internet and UK television programmes, there is also a DVD player if required with a comprehensive choice of DVD. Due to our location the the TV reception is very spasmodic, but if you have ipad , tablets etc seem to work OK.
The house has a large upstairs sun terrace which has various sun beds to laze on.
Downstairs there is a covered terrace and Externally there is a unheated Roman end 11 x 5 meter sparkling overflow pool with stunning views of the mountains along with a spacious well stocked garden with palms, plants and fruit trees. A covered deck area with a feature dining table for alfresco eating or drinking brandy sours, a local soothing cocktail.
The location is ideally situated for local restaurants, supermarket and bars which are no more than a 5-10 minute walk, yet the house is ideally situated within the village nestled beside an orange grove, giving the best of both worlds for your well earned holiday.
