Summary: Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore. Old rooms with ants in the bath, at the day the pool is dead, nobody is enjoying their. The lift is a catastrophe as a family with baby wagon etc. The carpet on the floors looks disgusting. But I think maybe as younger single people the hotel is ok to stay for the night and have breakfast.
