The studio is is fully equipped with hardwood floors, a kitchen with all its appliances, a very small balcony facing east towards the beach side and a bigger one facing north. The studio has one double Queen size bed and 2 wardrobes, a 42 inch cable TV with HDMI in the sitting area with a modern grey huge sofa and a round dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a balcony facing North. The studio has a small but a comfy bathroom with toilet.
Please note that there is NO LIFT in the building but is not very difficult to climb the stairs.
