Carefully and lovingly restored old stone villa with access to restaurant with shared swimming pool just opposite, private parking and extensive mature gardens which is well positioned within the historic village of Anogyra/Anoyira famous for its Pastelli, Halloumi, Stone and local Wines. The village is equipped with a bar/coffee shop, 2 Cypriot tavernas (one with pool) and one shop. The villa comprises of 3 separate double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate family bathroom/shower/cloak room. Large open plan lounge with a variety entertainment systems including Smart HDTV set up to receive all UK as well as other global channels, local Freeview. Also includes free internet and Wifi. For the music lovers we provide a Hi-fi system with radio and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen including a toaster, a caffetiere, a Nespresso coffee machine, a main Fridge freezer with a 2nd small drinks fridge a dishwasher and microwave. French doors from the lounge leading to a large courtyard and mature gardens with a variety of outside dining/seating areas overlooking the gardens including an outdoor bamboo sofa set and separate 1st floor balcony area with seating for evening drinks with sea views overlooking Akrotiri bay. Outside utility room includes a washing machine. Extensive and well maintained gardens with numerous trees including Pomelo, Lemon, Walnut, Mulberry and Pomegranate. Outdoor wood-fired oven for alfresco cooking and gas barbecue. Electric central heating for the winter and fans maintain a comfortable temperature in the Summer or Winter. All linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Private off-road parking for 1 car and with free public parking a few doors away. Please note there is a Taverna with shared seasonal outdoor swimming pool opposite, this is usually free of charge if guests choose to dine/drink there.
