SunIsland is a small complex of apartments. This 2 bedroom apartment is on the Ground Floor in the SunIsland Complex . Take a gentle stroll (approx 10-15 minutes) and you will find a large variety of bars and restaurants and the sea front and harbour area. All of our previous guests have commented that the apartment is in an excellent location. Bus Stop immediately outside the complex. 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport and is in a great location in the Universal Area of Paphos.
The main living area is an open plan kitchen / dining room / living room cooled by ceiling fans and air conditioning and featuring a well equipped kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, and utensils for your stay. The large dining table adjacent to the kitchen can seat six. The living room contains two sofas along with a TV with Blu-Ray player. The TV does have an Android TV box however this can be temperamental at times, we are planning an upgrade for the 2027 season but if the blu-ray player is not sufficient we suggest taking your own HDMI streaming device and connecting directly. The TV does not have any local channels.
The internet is also usable with your own devices.
The living room leads out to a covered private patio overlooking the shared pool, the patio is a nicely positioned sun trap with lighting and a ceiling fan over the six seat table. Also included for your use are a pair of sun loungers with cushions that can either be used on the patio or taken to the pool side.
The shared pool area comprises of a larger family pool and a smaller child pool with plenty of space for sun loungers.
The master bedroom of the apartment features a double bed, wardrobe space and a TV for watching DVDs, this room contains both air conditioning and ceiling fans to help you cool off, the master bedroom also has it's own en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading out onto the main patio area.
The second bedroom contains twin beds and also it's own wardrobe space is also cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans and is conveniently adjacent to the family bathroom containing a bath with over-bath shower.
On the opposite side of the apartment is a small gravel area by the front / kitchen door - if traveling out of the main summer season this can be a nice early morning sun trap to start your day. The front area also contains a lemon tree, if you are lucky enough for this to contain ripe fruit during your stay guests are welcome to make use of the lemons.
It may be possible for us to arrange transfers to or from the airport for approximately €30 each way payable directly to the driver, if you would like this we can check availability and prices for you.
