It's a ground floor apartment with its own private walled garden and two large balconies with breathtaking views of Kyrenia mountains. Rich welcome pack, local number mobile (all free of charge). The interiors of the apartment has marble floors throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV which will also play your DVD and CD's (we have a lot of DVD films and music CD's and books in English and Russian). Car hire, and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owners local managing agents (arrangements are free of charge). No surprise bills. Water, drinking water,gas, electricity, powerful wifi are all included in the price unlike most of the other properties.
The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, separate children's pool which can be easily seen from the apartment and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party.
The property is only a short drive (14 min.) from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and sophisticated restaurants whilst Escape Beach Club can be reached in a matter of minutes. Other golden beaches and Lapethos water park is within 2-3 min. drive. There is a hidden cove sandy beach only 5 min. walk from the property.
