As you enter the flat you will find a large open plan living and dining area with a large corner couch, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave. As you walk down the corridor to your right you will find the main bathroom with a walk in shower, the laundry cupboard including a washing machine and dryer and the two double bedrooms with the bedroom at the end of the corridor comprising of an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms enjoy amazing views of the city center. In the living room you can find a large balcony and outdoor furniture. The flat comes with a smart tv and free wifi thoughout. Free parking is available too. On the 10th floor you can enjoy the use of the swimming pool, the gym and the lobby area to relax with a cool refreshment. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
