It is the largest Troodos resort, situated about 5 kilometers from Troodos square, 25 kilometers north-west of Limassol and 45 kilometers south-west of the capital Nicosia.

The Maisonette comprises of 4 levels. As you enter you will find a large open plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfy seating area, with a smart tv and wifi throughout the whole maisonette. On the ground floor is also a guest wc and two verandas. The front veranda with a large dining table and bench seats and the back veranda with a rattan dinning table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining and use of the barbecue.
Going up the stairs to the first level are two large double rooms and the main bathroom with a walk in shower.
Going up another level is the attic ensuite room, the gem of the property.
From the ground floor the staircase leads to the underground parking but also a sauna room and a further bathroom with a walk in shower.

Just a 5 minute walk from the property is the Platres Square where many restaurants and coffee shops are located. Platres is very busy and popular during the summer time but also the place to be for those snowy get aways.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
