A brand new traditional stone bungalow located in the heart of Alsancak Village . It has all the amenities within short walking distance. Good food, shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. There is a table tennis that would keep kids entertained. Additional outdoor shower/toilet available to use while enjoying the pool and outdoor space. One of the best beaches in the area (Camelot beach) is 1 mile away. Beautiful mountains are easily walked to by taking a short stroll through the village. Sauna/steam room is available to use from November to March for an additional. Swimming pool is private( for your private use only).
The area is secured with the fence to keep small children from wondering away. High chair and baby cot are both available.
There is a parking available for your use. Local public transport is cheap and plentiful. Only 2 minutes walk away from the house.
