Welcome to Napa Bay View 2. Part of the Napa View villas, this stunning white-washed property with its elegant terrace and distant sea views is a must-see. Located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, this villa is great for those wanting to explore this part of the island. You're a short 3-minute drive to the centre of this bustling resort, where you'll be greeted by busy bars, international cuisine, local tavernas, souvenir shops, and supermarkets. For fun-filled days out, there are amusements and arcade parks, sandy beaches and local churches to visit.

Alternatively, head back to the villa for relaxing days poolside. There's a BBQ for your alfresco dining needs and a dining table taking prime stage under the sunshine. Unwind and relax on the garden sofas, whilst enjoying this years best selling book and a mezze platter shared between friends and family. Inside, the villa is open-plan and minimalistic, with neutral whites and greys to brighten the rooms. The living room is in an L-shape and leads round to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the latest appliances. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, bright and airy with complimentary air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.

There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the first bedroom on your left, has a door width of 70cm, and the shower room door is also 70cm wide.
