The villa is fully air conditioned, with units in each of the bedrooms upstairs and one larger inverter units downstairs. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there are two mobile fans.

All bedrooms have French balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but smoking is allowed outside and on the bedrooms balconies.
