It offers a private pool (heated on request) set in the middle of a wonderful garden, balconies overlooking Chrysochous Bay and private parking space for one vehicle.LayoutThe ground level consists of an open plan space with a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned sitting – dining area, guests WC and a well stocked kitchen. Balcony doors lead to the outside roofed terrace and the pool. At the back of the kitchen, alongside the interior staircase, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A back door opens into a roofed space with pool table and the private parking.A marble staircase lands on the upper level, which features the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin, with en-suite shower room.Both the bedrooms are connected with a the balcony, surrounding both bedrooms, which offers stunning views over the countryside and the Bay of Chrysochous. Comfortable sitting facilities are available for those who wish to enjoy the sun setting at the far end of the Bay.Pool and TerracesThe private pool, is located at the middle of the lush garden, surrounded by sunny terraces and greenery, there is an alongside shower and a BBQ, just a couple of steps away from terrace’s dining table. There is also a child pool available.The pool can be heated on request and it is on an extra charge.
