Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 140cm wide. The poolside is at the back of the villa. Images from this angle show lots of steps. This is not the case from the front of the villa. The are a number of steps to the poolside, if you exit via the back doors. If you exit via the front door and follow the path around, there is only 1 step. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 71cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 100cm wide.
