The Sunrise Villa
This beautiful villa is situated in the stunning village of Lapta, the Kyrenia region of Northern
Cyprus. The beautiful villa is located near the breathtaking Lapta coastwalk, sea and mountain
view. The four bedroom detached villa offers amazing sights, uncomparable peace and quiet,
and a lovely neighbourhood. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs and contains an
ensuite, and another has a shower and toilet. Two of the rooms upstairs are single and one is
double. On the ground floor, there is a double room and it has a shower and toilet. The villa can
comfortably fit six people and one more can stay whilst sleeping on the sofa bed. All the
bedrooms have an aircon and so does the living room below. The house has a full central
heating system. There is a large kitchen having an American fridge with a fully fitted appliances
for the kitchen. Wi-fi connection is available. The villa also has two big terraces (one at the front
of the villa, one at the back), you can sit and enjoy your gin and tonic whilst witnessing the
sunrise/sunset. Also at the back, is a large 5m x 10m swimming pool with sunbeds with a patio
around it as well. Our villa has easy access (5 mins walk) to the local bar and restaurant, also
offers a local supermarket (which is open 24/7). The villa is 150m away from the local beach
and a mesmerizing coastwalk.
The villa is only 40mins away from Ercan Airport, and is 70mins away from Larnaca Airport. I
can arrange the transport from the airport to the villa, and we can also arrange the car hire for
your stay.
The villa is located 9 miles away from the city Kyrenia which has many bars and restaurants,
night clubs and shopping centres.
