Our on-site Manangement company is available to provide any services or requests including check in and check out, key holding, car rental, tour excursions, cleaning and laundry services etc.

This superb retreat lies on the seashore of one of the islands best resorts, surrounded by lush gardens, just two km from the centre of Protaras, three km from the town of Paralimni, and only a short stroll away from the restaurants, bars and shopping centre of the Pernera area.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
