Protaras By the Bay Villa 33 is a brand new and super luxurious villa about 10 minutes' walk to Protaras Centre and all amenities, and just 8 minutes' walk to the nearest beach.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with the exterior pool patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The upper floor features three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower room and a double bed, the second bedroom also offers a double bed while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The washing machine is on the top floor landing before the exit to the roof garden.
The pergola-covered roof garden is accessible from the interior of the villa and offers a sitting area and distant sea views.

There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer including water ski, wake surfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing and parasailing and much more.
