This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in Pernera, on the popular Palm Villa and Apartment complex. The resort centre and beaches of Pernera are just a a few minutes walk away and Protaras centre is also within easy reach. The villa is an excellent choice for families and groups who want to be located close to all the resort amenities.
Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay. It features a comfortable open-plan living area, dining area with seating for 6 persons and a fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a downstairs W/c.
Upstairs, the villa has 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
Outside, the villa has a sunny and spacious private pool and garden area, with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is a private pool and pool heating is also available (optional extra cost 35 Euros per day).
Free Wifi and satellite Tv are available and the villa has air-conditioning throughout.

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages.
A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer
