Please note: There is no 24/7 reception at this accommodation. You are staying in an unserviced apartment, with no cleaning service or change of linen included in your booking. You will receive one set of sheets and towels during your stay, unless you purchase additional sets, and/or a cleaning service.

The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor.
We would like to reassure you that the noise sensor is camera-free and it measures sound levels without recording or listening. It does not collect, store or share personal data. It gives the signal to the security company and us only if the noise level is above the set threshold of 80 dB for 5-10 minutes. It equals to heavy traffic, very loud music, noisy restaurant, power lawn mower. While normal conversation and background music is equivalent to 60 dB. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to the apartment if:
⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off
⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime
Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property:
⦁ Security company visit including 100 euro fine to be paid immediately on-site
⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines.
If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservation's deposit payment and extra cleaning fees, starting from 150 euro, will be charged to the guest.
Check-In: Standard check-in time is at 16:00/4pm on your day of arrival.
Check-Out: Standard check-out time is by 11:00/11am on your day of departure.

Plug in Cyprus
Please note that in Cyprus the power plug sockets are of British Origin - the three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. If you plan to use any electronic devices (smart phones, tablet, laptop etc.) that do not fit this plug, we suggest you bring an adaptor. Also available in kiosks and shops around Cyprus.
Do not dispose paper in the toilet!
Please do not throw toilet paper, baby wipes, sanitary towels, tampons down the toilet. This rule applies to the entire island of Cyprus. Flushing toilet paper down the toilet will cause a severe blockage.
