A lovely, comfortable and private 3 bedroom villa with great outside spaces and the most amazing all around views of the Evretou Dam, the mountains and villages and all the way around and down to the sea and Akamas peninsular - just spectacular!
Just 25 mins from Paphos.
The outdoor living is great here, with an outdoor lounge gazebo with sofas, a huge wooden pergola with rustic 7ft pine table for outdoor dining with BBQ alongside, a private pool with sun loungers, and fine landscaped gardens filled with roses, jasmine and bougainvillea - and all this with the most amazing wrap around views. There is a good degree of privacy and the house and pool are not overlooked, with no immediate neighbours.
Inside the villa are three bedrooms sleeping up to six. (one king size bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one twin is downstairs) Two bathrooms, one with full bath, one with shower, again, one downstairs).
The sitting room is beautifully furnished in Cypriot style with two comfortable sofas, ceiling fan, air con, a flat screen TV with local channels, satellite & DVD player, plus we have access to all live UK TV channels plus all Sky premium channels, including all Sky sports and BT sports channels. There is good speed unlimited Wifi, and the villa has a good mobile signal.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need including washing machine and microwave. There is a dining table for six.
It's just a minute hop down to lovely Steni village and the two tavernas there, and a five-minute drive to Polis old town and Latchi marina next door with its bars and restaurants overlooking the expensive yachts. Here too are miles of lovely beaches and the famous Blue Lagoon and Akamas Peninsula. Paphos is a 25 min drive, and Paphos airport about 40 min drive.
