Positive: The staff were the nicest, most helpful people and genuinely cared for us during our stay. The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. Polina was stand out for us. friendly easy going and made sure we had a very welcoming stay. Veerpal was also thoughtful and helpful. A lovely guy drove us around the estate to see the football pitches (sorry forgot to ask his name!). We loved our room, exceptional bathroom, comfy beds and a lovely outdoor pool we could step into from our room.

Negative: I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Genuinely excellent.
