The villa itself is a spacious three bedroom property with great golf course views.
Bedrooms: one double bedroom (en suite with spa bath and overhead shower), two twin bedrooms (both en-suite with bath & overhead shower).
Description:
Villa Anarita is a large three bedroom property set in pretty landscaped gardens with views over the 1st fairway on the golf course. There is a large open plan living and dining area on the ground floors with a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the living area. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The living area opens out to the poolside terrace which is furnished with sunbeds and dining table and chairs, there is also a Gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area. The ground floor also hosts the first twin room, en-suite with bath and overhead shower. This room also opens out to the pool terrace.
On the first floor is the second twin also en-suite with bath and overhead shower, this room opens out onto the large roof terrace. The Master double room can also be found on this floor. It has an en-suite spa bath and overhead shower and access to the large roof terrace which has comfortable sofas and chairs. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the great golf course and sunset views.
