A wooden staircase leads you to the ground floor with a guest toilet, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Outside in the large garden with a grassed area is a private swimming pool, a Jacuzzi (hot tub) and a stone built barbecue to cook the fresh fish purchased from the early morning plethora of boats as they return to the nearby harbour.
