Kinyras 1 Villa 7is a beautifully decorated, well-appointed, three-bedroom villa with a spacious outside area and private pool. The property is located very close to the Cypriot village of Emba.
Emba is a traditional Cypriot village, peaceful and quiet area. It is one of the largest villages of Paphos and is spread over a wide area that borders not only Paphos but the villages of Mesogi, Tremithousa, Tala, Kissonerga and Chloraka. It is said that the name Emba means "enter", this is possible that the name was given because it is built at the entrance of Paphos that is the edges of the city, through which the travelers from the north, northwest and west came in. In the center of the village you will find a new Greek Orthodox Church built near to the old one. The church is dedicated to the apostle Andreas (St. Andrew) and on his name day, 30th November, the village holds a religious festival within the church grounds. The village is charming with it is winding roads and lemon, orange and nectarine groves. Agriculture is the main industry of the area and as well as citrus fruits there are also peaches.
Emba has a few shops and tavernas dotted along the narrow winding road that runs through the village. In the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside and often spilling out onto the narrow roads on their wooden chairs. The added bonus to choosing Emba is that in only minutes you can drive to Chloraka or Paphos Old Town to find all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, petrol station, plus tavernas and bars for entertainment.
As you enter the property you will find the open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofa, wireless internet and a flat screen smart TV with TV box. Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining area features a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 6.
From the open plan living and dining area the glass sliding doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The terrace area is equipped with garden chairs and a table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. Guest toilet is located on the ground floor. By the entrance door of the villa, you will find uncovered parking for up to 2 cars.
Moving up to the next floor, you will find all three spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom in the corridor. One bedroom feature twin beds, second have double bed and the main master double bedroom offers an an-suite shower room. Large doors from the master bedroom lead out to a balcony with countryside view.
Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating.
All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

At the end of the highway from Limassol to Paphos, you reach a roundabout, go straight over (through Traffic lights), go straight through the next traffic lights too, and then take the1st left at the roundabout. Go straight thought 1st traffic lights and take a right at the second lights (Mesogi/ Polis Road) then take immediately the 1st left. Continue straight until you reach a T junction and turn right and then immediately the first right. You follow the road round to the left and you will see the Kinyras Villa on the right. Your villa is the fourth one from the end.
The Key box is on the inside wall as you enter from the side of the house (about 2 meters down on the right, there is a white door built into the wall. (Almost hidden by the low trees) open and inside is key box. Use code ....

All Barbeques should be made on the small stones in the garden and NOT on the patio tiles.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.
Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.

Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
Kindly Note regarding electrical utilities each of them have their own switch. In order to be able to use them you will have to keep on the switch.
As also for the shower to have warm water keep the booster water on for 30min minimum for each person and when it ends you can have shower. Otherwise, the water will be cold.
