This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom farmhouse sits on 5 acres of lakefront property. The patio off the kitchen is perfect for dining outside or just enjoying the peace and quiet. There is also a seating area close to the lake front and an additional firepit. Inside the property, you will find many new upgrades that have been tastefully done to preserve as much as possible of the original home. The main bedroom on the second floor features a king size bed and it's own ensuite. Another bedroom with a queen size bed and full hall bathroom completes the second floor. The 3rd floor host 2 full size beds and great views of the lake. All bedrooms have Lenox mini splits for heating and cooling. Off the foyer is a half bath and seating area. The kitchen has a breakfast seating nook, updated appliances and all the kitchen ware you need to prepare a feast. The family room is right off the kitchen and features a wood burning stove, two sofas, a sitting chair and TV. Off the family room is the basement family room that has a TV, sofa and washer and dryer.
