IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The government in Cyprus has recently introduced further measures to minimise the risk of Covid-19. With effect from 10th January 2022, guests are now required to provide evidence when making a reservation that they:

This luxurious house is located in the remote village of Vouni at the foot of the Troodos mountains. Mixing modern luxury within a traditional setting, the Balcony House offers unrivalled peace and tranquility for people wanting to get away from it all!
The Balcony House was lovingly restored in 2014/2015 to bring the comforts and style of modern day living to this beautiful home, whilst still retaining the charm of a village dwelling.
The house provides bespoke luxury accommodation for 2 - 4 people and is furnished in a contemporary style, to the highest of standards.
Please note: The house can accommodate 6 people although this requires the use of the L shaped sofa in the lounge as beds for the 2 additional guests.
Downstairs offers open plan living, with a large space for cooking, dining and relaxing. The lounge area has a traditional open log fire which is an added bonus in the winter months! From here, doors open onto the outside terrace where guests can enjoy the comfortable outside space with views of the swimming pool below and beyond to the vineyards in the distance.
The house has a wrap around balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with marble en-suite bathroom. French doors lead out onto the spacious balcony - an ideal place for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. The second bedroom has large twin beds and access to a separate bathroom opposite.
The property ensures guests have total privacy and seclusion, and provides the most stunning views across the valley.
Please note that the property is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility, as the terrain is rocky with uneven paths and road surfaces.
A car is essential due to the remote location of the village!
