The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room off it, while the family bathroom is next to the double room. There is access to the balcony from the double bedroom as well as the living room. Ceiling fans have been fitted to both bedrooms to help keep you cool and ensure you have a good nights sleep!

There is a large balcony (17 M2) off the living room and the master bedroom with table & chairs for al-fresco dining with views over the neighbouring farms and to the hills beyond. This is a wonderful place to relax at the beginning and end of the day.
There is a communal pool with changing facilities, showers and WC. The pool has a shallow end and lots of space around for building up your tan.
The owners have a young family and the apartment can fully provide for small children including cot, high chair, plastic plates, etc., and toys. (please enquire for more details).
If the children need a break from the beach 'Dreamland' a large indoor & outdoor soft play facility is within a 5 minute drive. Opposite Dreamland is a small petting zoo. The Camel Park, about 20 minutes away is also worth a visit
Larnaca Area Information: Cyprus offers 340 days of sunshine a year. So it is the ideal place to sit back and relax with a glass of wine or beer in the sun and let go of all that stress from work and wet weather!
Larnaca (only 10-15 min drive from the apartment) is famous for its sandy beaches, picturesque sea-front which includes rows of palm trees, restaurants and bars ideal for all the family and a busy marina which offers fishing trips and sunset cruises. Larnaca, with it's popular cosmopolitan promenade, offers a good selection of shops and restaurants and strolls along the beach. Phinikoudes and Mckenzie beaches are sandy beaches in Larnaca and have both been awarded blue flags for cleanliness. Mckenzie beach is great for water sports and scuba diving. Larnaca dive boats provide snorkelling and dive trips to the Zenobia ferry wreck which is rated as one of the best dives in the world.
Surrounding Area: Kiti is only a 5 minute drive from the motorway system and from here you can get to Agia Napa & Cape Greco. The famous tourist resort offers many stunning beaches, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. While Cape Greco, a protected nature reserve, provides some good walking, quieter coves and beaches and some spectacular snorkelling and diving.
The Troodos Mountains are just over an hour's drive away. It’s a pleasant drive which you can take weaving up the mountains, through traditional villages, taking on some wine tasting en route. In the Troodos there are walking trails for all the family. You can ski on the higher mountains between December – March.
