Off road parking is available to one side of the property but look to the other side and you will notice the private, secluded and peaceful pool area, surrounded by fencing and bordered by colourful tropical trees and plants. There is a covered lounge area and shade is also provided to the side of the property above the patio doors, so there is always a chance to shelter from the heat of the Cypriot sun without missing out on any of the fun around the pool.
When you step into the villa you will be thrilled by the clean, white decoration which is perfectly contrasted by the dark wooden furniture, comfortable sofa and modern light fittings. The kitchen is very modern with beautiful wooden storage cupboards and includes among other things a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A downstairs wc is a welcome convenience.
