It got its name from the many pigeons that existed in the glades in the gorge Atikhoulis, which is very close to the village. The natural beauty of the gorge of the Eagle nests located in the community of Peristerona is visited by many visitors daily.

The maisonette has a separate entrance for the Katoi (downstairs) unit and an outdoor staircase to the Anoi (upstairs unit ) where the ensuite bedroom is located.
As you enter the ground floor unit you will find an open plan dining and living area consisting of a comfy sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a mini fridge and microwave. A round dining table for 2 is available, a smart tv and free wifi throughout. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a walk in shower.
As you proceed upstairs from the outdoor staircase you will find a double bedroom with an ensuite shower. There is also a nespresso machine, and a kettle available along with a beauty table and a nice sized balcony with outdoor furniture. A specious court yard is also available free parking.
This house is ideal to book on its own up to 4 guests or to be combined with the next door joined Traditional House which sleeps another 4 guests.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
