Spacious Villa with 3 full-size bedrooms, giant sitting room, dedicated dining room and a separate kitchen, located in the picturesque village of Pareklissia, just 3 minutes drive to the beach. The house is privately located on a vast plot of land and provides ultimate privacy. It features fabulous views to the mountains, the village and the sea. Sunsets here are just admirable! There is also a jacuzzi in the garden for you to enjoy!
The house has everything needed for comfort living. The kitchen is equipped with hob, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, two fridges. Of course there are plates, utensils, frying pans and pots etc. There is also iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryers etc. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are also provided.
If you come with infants, we will be happy to provide a baby crib, baby bath and a high chair.
No smoking allowed inside the house (but you can smoke on the verandas).
