Sunset Villa is a fabulous 3 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 8 guests and is located on a quiet street in the lovely village of Mandria just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and other amenities in the village. And just a 10 minute drive from Paphos Airport.
A welcome pack is provided which includes fresh milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, cheese and other items.
The Villa boasts a private pool secluded by high, well kept hedges with a large well furnished pergola and BBQ area.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet. It also has sliding doors onto a large balcony with views across to the Mediterranean Sea There are 2 further bedrooms upstairs both with twin single beds. There is a further bathroom with full sized bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.
Downstairs Sunset Villa sports a spacious lounge with 3 sofas one of which opens up to a sofa bed. To the side of the lounge is a dining room with generous 6 seater table and chairs complimented by a spacious well equipped, modern kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet.
There is easy access from the Villa to the Troodos mountains and numerous other tourist attractions all within 40 kms or less of Mandria. The harbour at Kato Paphos (Lower Paphos) with the historical fort is a 15 minute drive. Pano Paphos (Upper Paphos) sports the old town with traditional market alongside a wide variety of modern shops.
