Villa Overview:
Fantastic bungalow-style villa located in the heart of the Resort, a two minute stroll from the golf clubhouse on Hestiades Greens. Three bedrooms, 8x4m private pool and south-facing terraces. Very family-friendly.
Bedrooms: One master double bedroom (en suite bath with modern shower), and a second double and a twin room (sharing a bathroom with large, modern shower).
Full Villa Description:
Villa Madelini is a lovely, well-furnished and well laid-out property that has all the accommodation laid out on one level; a bungalow-style villa. With great south-facing, outdoor terraces; the ground floor terrace is furnished with comfortable seating, large BBQ area, dining table & chairs. The private 8x4m pool (which can be heated off season at additional cost) and sunbeds are located on the lower patio, which is gated for child safety – great for families with kids! There is also a lovely, spacious roof terrace upstairs (lovely views at sunset) which is also gated, and comfortably furnished and with the added benefit of a table tennis table.
Inside, the villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The modern kitchen is spacious and very well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher) and faces the living space, making it a social space even for the chef. Patio doors lead out from the dining side to the outdoor eating area with built in charcoal BBQ, and from the living area to the outside terrace too. The villa has comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. A free travel cot and high chair are available if required.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, has patio doors that open out to the terrace and pool area, and has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second double room and the twin room share a bathroom with large, modern shower.
Villa Madelini is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling fans in all rooms and has free reliable wi-fi. A super comfortable holiday home in the heart of the Resort, with all the facilities at your doorstep and perfect for families with children.
