Bedrooms: One double bedroom (en suite bath with overhead shower), Two twin rooms (sharing bathroom with bath and shower unit) Description: Villa Madelini is a lovely well-furnished property that has all the accommodation laid out on one level, it also benefits from a pool safety gate making it great for families with kids. The villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The kitchen which is set to one side is well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine). Patio doors lead out from this area to the spacious outdoor eating area with built in BBQ. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower unit and the double master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom opens out to the patio and pool area. Villa Madelini has great outdoor space with the patio on the ground floor level being furnished with comfortable seating, dining table & chairs and sunbeds. This pool is on the lower patio which is gated for child safety. You also have a great spacious south facing roof terrace upstairs, again comfortably furnished and with the added benefit of a table tennis table. Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional £180.00 per week.
