Protaras Holiday Villa Jasmine is located in a quiet area of Protaras between Sirnina and Mouzoura Beach right next to Crystal Springs Hotel. Even though second line the villa enjoys superb sea views from both the ground floor as well as the bedrooms.
Jasmine offers a spacious open plan living room luxuriously finished with marble floors, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV fully equipped fitted kitchen and much more. The back veranda is very spacious with a bbq 0and is ideal for family parties.
The first floor features two twin rooms,one with two single beds and one with a bank bed, which are serviced by a family bathroom, as well a the master bedroom which offers en-suite shower room and very good sea views.
Jasmine offers a very large open space semi-basement with a fully equipped bar, two double sofa beds and shower room. This part of the house can be used as an additional room for 2 or more persons or as a play room.
Even though the house does not offer a private swimming pool the close proximity to the beach more than makes up for it and to complement this the adjacent Crystal Springs Hotel offers a large swimming pool with pool bar and sunbeds.
Protaras Holiday Villa Jasmine is a semi-seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras between Crystal Springs beach and Sirina Bay near the Crystal Springs Hotel and only 2 minutes' walk from a child friendly sandy beach.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes' drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes' walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one's morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
