Winter time:
Wear thick gym outfit with thick socks during the day & night in the apartment/villa.

CHECK OUT: to close/to lock windows and doors, switch off all the air-conditioning units, to put the house key back into the key box outside of the premises and take all the rubbish with you.
Long Stay - all the utilities like Electricity, Water, WIFI, TV Box, Cooking Gas & Pool maintenance are on the guests.
Short Stay, from November to April - all the utilities like Electricity, Water, WIFI, TV Box, Cooking Gas & Pool maintenance are on the guests.
