Villa Rizoelia is a spacious, contemporary villa in the desirable Rizoelia area of Aradippou, just outside Larnaca. It is located 7km from the shops and restaurants of Larnaca Town, and 12 minutes from a selection of beaches (including Makenzie, Finikoudes and the Larnaca CTO beach). Both Nicosia and Limassol are a 25-minute drive away, and a 35-minute drive gets you to Ayia Napa and the East of the island.
Inside, the Villa offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a comfortable living area with TV and an additional TV/Media room with a selection of games and books for your enjoyment.
The villa has five double bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms, plus a family bathroom and guest toilet, and can comfortably accommodate 2-3 families holidaying together. Every room has air-conditioning/ heating units. You will enjoy free, high-speed Wi-Fi, a private swimming pool and stunning panoramic views over the surrounding hills.
The landscaped garden offers a variety of relaxing seating areas, in both sun and shade, a luxurious pool providing hours of fun, relaxation and gentle exercise and there is a large, traditional Cypriot BBQ for outdoor cooking and entertaining. There is a covered veranda on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both overlooking the garden and the spectacular views – perfect for a morning coffee, or a relaxing, evening glass of wine whilst watching the sun set.
We recommend hiring a car to get the best of your stay at Villa Rizoelia and there is covered, off-street parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the road. Across the road from the Villa, you will find a small children’s playground with swings and a slide.
Rizoelia National Forest Park and Picnic Site is a comfortable walk away, offering nature trails, picnic facilities, viewpoints, children’s play areas and 184 species and varieties of plants.
A regular, reliable bus service runs from the end of the road into Larnaca town and the surrounding villages.
There is a local, mini-supermarket 2km away and Lidl, Smart, M&S Food and AlphaMega are a short drive – with AlphaMega offering online orders and delivery. You can sign up with Foody and/or Wolt for a huge selection of restaurant food delivery to the Villa. You are also a seven-minute drive from Larnaca’s new Metropolis Mall with a variety of shopping and eating facilities.
