Situated in Latchi, with its quiet beach and small harbour, peppered with fishing vessels, this villa is a great choice for families or friends who want to get away from it all.
Contemporary in design, Villa Sea Side comes with its own private pool and sun loungers. There is an outdoor dining table with oversized sun parasol and a relaxed area for afternoon snacks. Everything you need for a relaxing day in the sun. The villa comes with an open, traditional BBQ and fitted kitchen, if you’re up for a spot of kebab grilling. From Latchi it’s easy to visit the Botanical Gardens and Aphrodite Baths, where the Goddess of Love was said to bathe. The Aphrodite trail is a lovely way to explore Akamas National Park and, if you trek high to Moutti tis Sotiras, you’ll witness the stunning blue lagoons below.
The villa has 3 steps into the villa and the path to the villa is open plan with no restrictions. The front door has a width of 78cm and the other door to access the pool is the dining room door which is 80cm wide. There is only 1 step down to the pool area which is 17cm in height, elsewhere is flat. The pool has a 3-step ladder to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor which is 63cm wide.
