This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern and comfortable design. The living room area features a comfortable seating area/sofas and widescreen TV, and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large, open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all modern appliances needed for a self-catering stay.There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, double bed and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and access to the balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
