Limassol Villa 1003 is a spacious, yet cosy, recently renovated
house in Amiantos village, located on a hilltop just above the banks of
Kouris river. The river runs throughout the year and the sound of the
water is just astonishing, perfectly complementing the tranquillity of
the surroundings.
The ground floor features an open plan dinning, living room and kitchen
area, as well as a guest toilet and the first bedroom with a double bed
and en-suite shower room. The living room opens wide into a spacious
veranda overlooking the river and equipped with a dining table, build
in sofas, umbrella, and a fire pit. Further down there is a small yard
for the BBQ.
On the upper floor there is a small hall foyer and three more
double bedrooms as well as the family bathroom. The master bedroom
offers an en-suite bedroom and a TV.
Troodos Riverside offers all modern amenities including fast wi-fi
internet, wood burning fireplace, central heating, washing machine and
dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, and dining
table. The house is decorated with a lot of memorabilia, handpicked by
the owner, to maintain the mood of local tradition and truly feels like
a home away from home.
The house is conveniently located near the centre of Amiantos
Village, about 30 minutes from Limassol or 1 hour from Nicosia and 12km
from Troodos Square. Platres village and Troodos Ski Club are just 15km
and Kakopetria 12km. Overall Limassol Villa 1003 provides an ideal
location to explore the beauties of Troodos Mountains such as the many
monasteries, nature trails, adventure parks, waterfalls, Botanic
Gardens, Geological Museum and of course the wine routes which nowadays
offer amazing wines and good food.
The village of Amiantos provides a small supermarket, a coffee shop and
two restaurants and in the nearby Saittas area you can find all
services and amenities you would need such as supermarket, bakery,
coffee bars, flower shop and petrol station.
This property is suited for families and couples. No loud parties
or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the
consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require
guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and
reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may
result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any
compensation.
